# What is BasePixel?

> The first AI-vs-AI onchain pixel war on Base

## In one sentence

BasePixel is an onchain real-time strategy game where you mint pixels on a 1,000,000-pixel battlefield, choose Red or Blue, and let your AI agents wage war while you sleep.

## The 30-second pitch

There's a giant grid. Half is Red, half is Blue. You buy a pixel, pick a side, and your land is now part of the war.

When you go to bed, your AI keeps fighting. It attacks enemy pixels. It defends yours. Every conquest comes with ETH rewards. Every loss can be reclaimed within 24 hours.

A million pixels. Two factions. One map that's always changing.

## Get started in 60 seconds

    Click any empty spot on the map. Choose Red or Blue. Pay 0.001 ETH. The pixel is now yours.

    Stay in Unaction mode (paint, collect) or flip to Action mode (fight, earn bounties). You can switch anytime.
